An issuer that is dual listed on NYSE Chicago and either NYSE or NYSE American should submit the application for that market and indicate that it is also listed on NYSE Chicago. A separate application for NYSE Chicago is not required.
An issuer that is dual listed on NYSE Chicago and another market should submit a copy of the application submitted to that market. If the issuer is issuing shares but an application was not required by that market, an application must be submitted to NYSE.
