NEW YORK, May 5, 2010 – The New York Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), is hosting a “Cleantech Economy Leadership Forum” on May 6-7 featuring leaders from business, the investment community, government, research institutions, and philanthropic organizations to help develop and promote a new vision for U.S. economic leadership and job creation through clean technologies.

At the forum, organized by KE2 in conjunction with the NYSE and the New York Academy of Sciences, participants will discuss how to produce sustainable economic growth through clean energy businesses and energy efficiency, as well as how the clean economy is being shaped by the convergences of different fields of science and technology and of different business models and business sectors. The second day of the event, on Friday May 7, is an open forum with several timely cleantech topics being discussed and includes a panel with Scott Cutler, Head of Listings, Americas and EVP, NYSE Euronext.
