ETF Securities Lists ETFS Silver Trust on NYSE Arca
NEW YORK, July 24, 2009 –- NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NYSE Arca, today began trading the ETFS Silver Trust under the ticker symbol “SIVR”  The ETF is sponsored by ETF Securities. 
The ETFS Silver Trust ETF is the first product by ETF Securities to list in the U.S. on NYSE Arca.
The ETFS Silver Trust will issue ETFS Silver Shares which the Trust states represent units of fractional undivided beneficial interest in and ownership of the Trust. Each outstanding Share will represent a fractional, undivided interest in the silver held by the Trust. The value of the Shares relates directly to the value of the silver held by the Trust.
