Four New Listings Joined NYSE Group in the Week Ended December 22, 2006
2 IPO’s raised $1.3 billion
NEW YORK , Dec. 22, 2006 , – In the week ended Dec. 22, 2006 , four new listings joined the roster of NYSE-listed companies.
On Dec. 18, Under Armour, Inc., a leading developer, marketer and distributor of branded performance apparel, footwear and accessories, began trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol UA. Headquartered in Baltimore , MD , the company joined the NYSE as the 12th Nasdaq transfer year-to-date.
Blackrock Preferred and Equity Advantage Trust began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 22 under the ticker symbol BTZ. Headquartered in Wilmington , Delaware , the company raised $1.2 billion in its initial public offering.
Trina Solar Limited, an integrated solar power products manufacturer, began trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol TSL. Headquartered in China , the company raised $98 million in its initial public offering on Dec. 19.
American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. transferred to NYSE Arca from the American Stock Exchange on Dec. 18. Headquartered in China , the company develops and produces plant based pharmaceutical products. American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. the company trades on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol AOB.
