Full-Service Transaction Processing Company, EVERTEC, Lists IPO on the New York Stock Exchange

EVERTEC, Inc., the leading full-service transaction processing business in Latin America and the Caribbean with headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Friday, April 12 to celebrate the company's completion of its initial public offering and first day of trading.  EVERTEC will begin trading on the NYSE today under the ticker symbol "EVTC." 
To highlight this momentous day, President and CEO Peter Harrington, joined by members of EVERTEC's leadership team, will visit the NYSE trading floor for the stock opening.
